Graeme Conn

PhD

Graeme Conn, PhD is a TB Principal Investigator as well as a significant contributor to the BTS Core for TRAC. He is a professor of biochemistry at Emory University School of Medicine. His research expertise is in computational biology and drug resistant TB. His lab uses modern biochemical and biophysical methods to study the structures, interactions, and biological functions of biomedically important RNA and protein molecules. Current topics include mechanisms of bacterial antibiotic resistance that arise through ribosomal RNA modification and drug efflux systems.
